beauty shot, originally uploaded by Pinup Photography by Pussycat Pinups.
Maybe there's always been a subculture of pinup photography floating around but it seems to me pinup models are making a comeback and this photo is a great example. Vibrant colored bustier, the flower in her hair, the lighting the make-up - it's a beautiful shot that really captures sexy in an elegant way.

Something really stands out about this shot. I'm a big stockings fan, but they're not the real focus of the shot. Maybe it's the angle of the model, upside-down, with the shot being taken from above - or maybe it's the make-up! Indeed, the make-up definately helps make the shot.

I'm pretty sure I shared a picture of Juicy Carolina before but I think it was quite a long time ago. Maybe not long after I started this blog. I remember her name and this photo is a great example of why. It's amazing!

Day 284 Strip Poker, originally uploaded by Gods Emerald.
What a brilliant shot of four young ladies playing poker and losing clothes quickly. There's a little something for everyone in this photo including a back tattoo on one girl (check out Tattoo Photography if you're a Tattoo nut), long socks and bright striped socks on two of the girls, miniskirts and lingerie, a little cleavage. A brilliant photo capturing sensuality without any nudity - leaving the best parts up to our imaginations - which often do a better job than the real thing anyways.
